No AFFILIATES UNLESS 12/9/23 State Central Recertifies

 The Party was REQUIRED to RECERTIFY the AFFILIATES within TWO YEARS of the last CERTIFICATION by the State Central Committee in APRIL 2021.  Per the MNGOP Constitution, the State Convention is not the certifying body. The PARTY has failed to remedy this serious situation. 

When the Chair attached the Addendum (with language that had been altered to indicate the State Convention properly certified the Affiliates) to the bylaws and submitted them to the MNSOS (with a backdated cover letter on both 8/28/23 & 8/29/23)  he proved the Party is NOT IN COMPLIANCE with the Constitution and rules of the Party.
