Examples of Violations of the Party Bylaws

Article II, Section 1

In order for the State Central Committee to manage the business and property of the Party, the SCC must have access to information, without impediment.  


The State Executive Board and Officers interfere with SCC efforts to fulfill its duties in every instance information is denied or delayed or false information is disseminated to delegates and alternates.  


This has been made obvious since 8/25/2023 by the actions of the Chair, Deputy Chair and members of the State Executive Committee.

Article II, Section 2

The Delegates MUST be able to call a meeting without approval by the "Party" as defined by the bylaws: The Republican Party of Minnesota. As "Party lawyers" have engaged in word-smithing to limit the power of the SCC, it is time the SCC responded in like manner:  The Officers or State Exec would need to call a SCC meeting to call a State Convention Our
