The PEOPLE Are The Party

EVERY Platform Supporting Republican is a MEMBER of the MNGOP

MN Stat 200.02, Subd. 17 states:

Subd. 17.Member of a major political party.

"Member of a major political party" means an individual who:

(1) supports the general principles of that party's constitution;

(2) voted for a majority of that party's candidates in the last general election; or

(3) intends to vote for a majority of that party's candidates in the next general election.

Members of a political party have a right to participate in the precinct caucus of that major party.

Delegates and Alternates REPRESENT THE PEOPLE who elected them at Precinct Caucus.

Precinct Delegates and Alternates attend BPOU Conventions, at which delegates choose who among them will be State Central and State Convention Delegates and Alternates.

The State Central Committee is THE governing body of the MNGOP, SUBJECT TO

the control of the STATE CONVENTION & the MNGOP CONSTITUTION.

The DELEGATES & ALTERNATES

have the right and responsibility to oversee the MNGOP, State Exec & State Central.

Delegates and Alternates REPRESENT THE PEOPLE

MNGOP Constitution:

ARTICLE IX State Party Administration

SECTION 1: State Central Committee.

A. General Management. The general management of the affairs of the Party in the state shall be vested in the State Central Committee, subject to the control of the State Convention and this Constitution.

Bylaws of the Republican Party of Minnesota:

ARTICLE II -- State Central Committee

Section 1. The business and property of the party shall be

managed by a State Central Committee composed of the

persons specified in Article IX, Section 1B of the Party

Constitution.

Delegates and Alternates Must Step Up to Protect the Party

The Rebuild the MNGOP movement is a group of Minnesotans who believe in the core values of the Republican Party. We will work diligently to rebuild the Party with all who want to join the effort.

Please remember that the people who took the time to attend their caucus  and BPOU conventions placed their trust in those elected Delegates and Alternates.

Do not allow any person to minimize the power of the Delegates.

State Exec reports TO the delegates.
