People Who Demand the Laws be followed are not the problem
Delegates have a duty to PROTECT the Party from Officer and State Executive Board malfeasance
When leaders of a political party:

By May '22 the Chair was aware that NO Chair had filed a Constitution since 1988 and NO amendments to a Constitution had been filed since 1995.
For whatever reasons, the Chair chose to not remedy the issue in a timely manner.

On 8/24/23, approximately 70 people, including delegates, alternates and legislators, joined a zoom call to learn about the law and discuss the need for compliance.
The Chair hastily filed a document dated 2/1/22- The document proved Party noncompliance

On 8/28/23, the Chair submitted a letter with an attachment that included the amendments passed in May '22 at the State Convention. The date on the letter predated passage of the amendments. This was either a careless act or an intentional effort to mislead people about when the document was filed.

The Chair, and all who saw it, realized the first letter could NOT BE VALID. On 9/5/23, the Chair submitted another letter to the MNSOS -
The Chair intentionally backdated
the letter 2/1/23 rather than explain what happened in a cover letter correctly dated 9/5/23.

The Chair resubmitted documents with a cover letter: He
intentionally changed the date on the cover letter to 2/01/2023.
The Addendum attached to the document, that includes the amendments passed as a block in May '22, is dated 8/11/23.
The Chair could NOT have filed this document in February 2023 because the document
DID NOT EXIST YET.
