Ensuring Both Sides Heard after mngop Ignores State Exec

In violation of the 11/30/23 unanimous State Executive Committee vote to only include items on the State Central Committee Proposed Agenda that were mentioned in the Call, the MNGOP altered the Proposed Agenda. While the Party did NOT add the properly served Proposals to remove three Officers, as requested by Delegates, the Party has now added an update on the Carnahan lawsuit.  State Central actually needs to hear all of the details and expected costs of the Hann initiated lawsuit against a BPOU Chair that is in the early stages - the Party was recently cross sued BECAUSE of  HANN's ongoing attack.  This litigation could easily lead to "six-figure expenses" and punitive damages.
