CALL A SCC MEETING
There are facts &
documents to support those facts.
The lies told are public knowledge- told at SCC.
Current Party OFFICERS & Leaders:
Time is running out to protect the Republican Party of Minnesota from internal attacks on the FOUNDATION of our Party. These attacks are on the
Any Attorney or person who advises Delegates the PLAIN LANGUAGE of the law will not be enforced jeopardizes the Party and is IGNORING Current EVENTS. PLEASE: READ the LAW & PROTECT the PARTY
The very existence of the Republican Party of MN is now in jeopardy. This is a statutory fact. There is a clear path to remedy EVERY issue being dismissed by Party leaders.
The SCC & the State Convention have 2 months to ensure the Party survives.
The Delegates & Alternates WILL protect the MNGOP from all threats.
GOP Legislators were left on the sidelines as the Dem Trifecta pushed horrific legislation through the State Legislature. The public is generally aware of the changes to public policy that attack core beliefs of many, if not most, Republicans.
New legislation, opposed by all GOP legislators, attacked the MNGOP by eliminating protections for the Party at precinct caucuses AND putting in place specific requirements for Major Parties that MUST be followed of the Party can LOSE MAJOR PARTY STATUS- this would mean:
NO ELECTION JUDGES & NO POLL CHALLENGERS
The MNGOP is NOT in compliance with its Constitution & Bylaws.
These issues have been played out online and are not secret.
If the Party leadership ignores the truth and certifies compliance it will be fraudulent.
We have become aware of "Republicans" who believe the Party should be destroyed to stop the growth of the base because these grassroots patriots can't be controlled.
These people seek a primary system because money runs primaries.
We believe the grassroots Republicans, who do not always agree with each other, are the core of the Party and all their voices must be heard.

After realizing delegates were preparing to call a State Central meeting tied to concerns about compliance with Democrat passed statutes in 2023, the Chair of the MNGOP submitted the amendments passed at the State Convention meeting in 2022 to the MNSOS on August 28, 2023. The first cover letter was dated 2/1/2022.
The Chair chose NOT to attach a cover letter that was properly dated on the date the document was sent the second time- on or about 8/29/2023.
Professionally, shouldn't the cover letter have read:
8/29/2023
After the Party filed the amendments to our Party constitution, I realized the cover letter was misdated. Please accept these document
Please accept these documents, being submitted today with today‘s date, as the submission date.
I apologize for any inconvenience…
The Chair reportedly realized he filed the amendments to the Constitution on 8/28/2023 with a cover letter dated 2/1/22: 19 months earlier- 3 months before the amendments were voted upon. This, clearly, was careless at best.
On September 5, 2023 the Chair refiled the amendments. He changed the date on the cover letter to 2/1/2023. This misdating was intentional.
The Addendum to the document filed on August 29, 2023 is noted to have been edited on Aug. 11, 2023.
The cover letter to the document filed on August 29, 2023 was intentionally corrected to be dated 2/1/2023.
Why would the Chair
intentionally date the cover letter
February 1, 2023 when he knows the addendum was edited on August 11, 2023 (6 months after the intentionally changed date)
& he knows he in fact was submitting it on August 29, 2023.
Is the message the Chair actually submitted the original document on 2/1/23 and MNSOS failed to file the document?
On March 10, 2023 Chair Hann wrote a letter to the Senate Elections Committee that supported SF 1827- a bill that opened the door to altering the rules for the Major Parties. The Elections Committee met on March 14 to consider this bill. EVERY REPUBLICAN at the meeting voted AGAINST this Bill in opposition to the Chair. The Chair of the MNGOP is disconnected from the beliefs of the Party and its political base. This Chair, who agreed with MN DFL Czar Ken Martin rather than the elected GOP Reps wants you to trust him now. He wants you to believe you can trust the Democrats. Think about that and then consider signing the affirmation in support of calling an emergency State Central Committee meeting.
In May, Democrats went into Conference Committee WITH NO REPUBLICANS ALLOWED! They snuck wording in the law that could allow the state to strip Major Party Status from the GOP!
PROTECT THE PARTY!
