The Party MUST COMPLY with MN Stat 202A.12.
The Party MUST COMPLY with MN Stat 202A.13.
The Party MUST SUBMIT a CERTIFICATION the Party HAS COMPLIED with these REQUIREMENTS to the Minnesota Office of the Secretary of State.
Documents filed with the MNSOS must be truthful: These documents are filed under PENALTY OF PERJURY.
Party Officers believe a false document can be submitted because nobody will challenge it.

Demand the problem be corrected?
The Delegates are NOT COMPLAINING:
The Delegates have proposed a solution.
The Party officers are name calling and filing documents nobody bothered to proofread.
The Party officers are spreading disinformation.
